CANCELLATIONS

Sometimes things happen which can't be avoided and as such we have to make changes. I will always do my best to be as understanding as possible. Please let me know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

I reserve the right to charge 100% of the appointment fee if cancelled with 48hours notice or less. No shows will incur the full session fee. Further sessions cannot be scheduled until the appropriate fee is paid.

Please note that repeat rescheduling will incur a non-refundable booking fee which will be deducted from your session fee if you keep your scheduled appointment.
